Diane McCaslin VP/COO
As an officer in MedLinks Transcription, Inc. I appreciate the opportunity to share some of my career history and personal life. I am from Jackson, Tennessee, where I completed my primary and secondary education. While completing the Medical Office Assistant Program I was awarded the TSMA and the Sue Nalor Scholarships, both based upon merit and personal recommendations.
My professional career began in 1992 with a medical transcription job in pathology, but I stayed busy with additional part-time work from various family practice and multispecialty clinics. Years later I moved into management, and by serving as a manager I became aware of other areas of focus such as quality assurance and human resources. During this time I met 2 wonderful people that I joined forces with and that was the beginning of my joyous journey with MedLinks. I am proud to be an owner in MedLinks and to provide a service to my community, as well as to MTs across the country, knowing and understanding the wants and needs of both sides; the quality and service intregal for our customers and the care and understanding that is needed for the medical transcriptionist.
I am married with 7 children. In my free time I enjoy camping, boating and motorcycling.
